One of our new favourite sensory activities! This is a super simple recipe and totally suitable for kids that are still mouthing (like my kiddos!)
Edible Slime Recipe:
1 cup Water
1 Tbsp psyllium seed husks (we always have this around as I typically add it to foods with lots of calcium eg grilled cheese sandwiches)
Couple drops food colouring
Combine all ingredients and microwave on high for 5 minutes. If the mixture is too runny then microwave longer in 1 minute increments.
You’ll want to use a very large microwave safe dish for this as the water will bubble up quite high. Let the slime cool completely before letting your kids at it 🙂
